A photographer by training first, Courtney blends art, curiosity, learning, and advocacy in her restoration work of native landscapes. Tina Casagrand felt like a misfit child of the Midwest until she found how to claim her voice through journalism. As the founder of The New Territory magazine, Tina now works with writers and artists to feature inspiring, meaningful stories of the Lower Midwest that highlight the sense of place in this so-called "flyover country."
